Well, we've got companies and planets. Like I'm Hyperion, 'cause that's the company I work for. And some planets have divided territories. Pandora's mostly tribal, but the Hodunks have the Dust and the Zaphods have the Highlands, that kind of thing. But no, there's not really any countries.
