[She's still and quiet for a long moment before finally wrapping her arms around him, turning her head to press her nose into his hair and hug him tight. He's not her awesome little sister, he's not Austria, but he's one of West's citizens. He's her friend. And if she can do this for him... Maybe it's okay.
